Le rapport de la Cour des comptes, communiqué mercredi 22 mai à la commission des finances de l'Assemblée nationale, est sans équivoque. La Cour des comptes relève « un risque important de perte d'efficience dans la gestion des fonds européens ». « La multiplication des programmes et des mesures n'a pu qu'augmenter les coûts de gestion », ajoute-t-elle. En conséquence, conclut-elle, il faut « anticiper de façon pragmatique la future programmation des fonds européens » et, en premier lieu, « faire évoluer l'architecture de gestion du Feader .
